Absolutamente ningún socio tiene autorización de retirar cualquier cantidad de la utilidad neta de la compañía hasta que la utilidad neta sea en el exceso neto de [Minimum Profit Amount / Mínima cantidad de utilidad]. Mientras tanto las utilidades serán reservadas y serán conocidas como el capital de la sociedad. Si se cumple esta estipulación, cada socio puede retirar el porcentage que le toque de las utilidades netas.
